62/ the now defunct AFFIRMATIVE ACTION have created new surprises. Under the old system, there were openings for a few African Americans, Hispanics, and Native Americans. The outcry from conservatives was that young White youngsters with better grades and entry scores were being cheated.

Affirmative Action is now for the most part over. Therefore prestige colleges should be overwhelmed by Whites. Well, yes there are whites, but they are on the legacy programs.

A legacy means that mom and dad gave a bunch of money to the college and they want their child to attend there.
