ASCENSION OF FALSE POSITIVES: DIMINISHING RETURNS
ASCENSION OF FALSE POSITIVE: DIMINISHING RETURNS
In the USA, medical delivery and related costs appear to continue to increase. As the decline of health persons, medicine, and support chains become more troublesome, the general population can no longer purchase product and services. The increase is casual but effective. The elite purchase of quality medical sourcea is most likely This future scenario is meant to indicate some of the alternatives will change. Most futurists look to alternative forecasting and/or Pareto’s ratio. Thus social and medical means alternatives are few but are presented to the public through secondary sources and. Pareto indicates that 20 percent should receive the 8o percent of goods and services. The bottom 80 are usually widely dispersed and cannot afford medicine. What might they do? Again, this scenario is based on the decline of the market in this country. If the reverse happens, one is happy to be wrong. The main emphasize is that most of the population may see an increase of costs in medicine and the professional personnel. These folks become exhasusted and overwhelmed. They will probably be replaced by medical appearing clerks. They can diagnose off label, inferior, and other products to the increasingly blue collar general population.
Those who can afford it, purchase a national pass card to pay for services and medications. There is much more to this including creating phony cards. However, it is the 80 % that when organized work to gain access to services. Further, they need to cope. Listed below are some of the strategies of the major portion of the population. They are: 1) families reduce family size and “double up.” This means that at least 2 generations live under one household. Three generations are more likely. Or, one individual rents a bed in the household for 6 or 7 hours. 2.) Generations have one car and/or use mass transit. 3.Groceries are purchased in bulk. Seconds and cheaper food are bought.
4. Renting is necessary. 5. Clothing and accessories are purchased at second hand stores. Numerous mass communications show multiple generations of family dramas of blue collar families of all colors is provided. 6. Cable or related are free. A few public parks are opened. Short term loans are advertised. 7.Sports becomes even more important. 8. Pornography is popular. 9 More people choose faith healing and medications with some substance that provides a temporary, but not severe consequences. 10. Prison becomes the most used services..
The center of all this is the HEALTH STORES. Nearly all emplyees appear to be medically certified. and they are. They have diplomas or certifications from the Health Stores. Further, medical doctors may be replaced by pharmacists, advanced nurses, and clerks with new names for their roles. One can not downplay the impact of the “placebo.” In other words, when most Americans become ill, there is something that they can do about it although they have very little money. Further, simplified medical books can help the clerk with a customer-patient coming into the store.
Admittedly, Health Stores are vastly superior to out of country over the counter medications. Die-offs become more socailly acceptable as an example, a family of five may have three that die before the age of ten. Religion becomes more fundamental in its applciation of “healing.” Health stores and certain religious groups form coalitions for funding.
Americans medical system marches on.
