BEATLES ARE #1

After looking at many lists and the controversy of what counts, the Beatles are usually at the top.  Does the count include singles? Or albums? Or both? At any rate, some of the other bands include Rolling Stones, Beach Boys and Chicago.

This is further complicated by album sales and digital sales. So perhaps, you favorite band is up there somewhere.
