17/ Britney Spears along with other young starlets may be stressed out because of the constant pressure in Hollywood for what they can deliver. That is money for the paparazzi and more money for record companies and the print media. To be constantly followed has to be unnerving and to have emotionally dependent parents and financially dependent on child stars is role overload.

Brittney is no longer making the money that she did make and her last album did not do as well as the others before. The downward spiral is there. However, to keep making some money she needs to be in the states. She also needs a financial adviser.

Once she ages, there are more young good looking stars to make another buck for the studio system. . Britney will probably need constant intermittent rehab to survive. Kristy McNicol probably did the right thing. She finally took what money she had left and invested in a successful small business. She refuses interviews and related. She is doing what she wants.

Both Britney and Kristy are also thought to be bi-polars. If that is true, their resistance to constant strain is not very potent.

24/ WIND POWER is suffering. The industries that need it can not get the Congressional funding to start more businesses and help those that are in the business to keep the start up cost low. Metaphorically, funding appears to run hot and cold.

68/ It appears that breast cancer is related to a substance in the hair follicle and may be used for detection of breast cancer.

Thermal gliders appear to run on the heat temperature of the ocean.

70/ Malls and hotels are using water parks and video game areas to attract the public. Various rides are also available. It appears to work in Sandusky Ohio. These in-door phenomena appear to pay for themselves.

The Democratic Party is discovering religion. Many Democrats in the past were religious, but assumed that the Party had lost church goers and other religionists to the Republicans. John Kerry had 1 person for religious outreach.

However, most of the Democratic candidates now have a very large division for all faiths. There is also a big tent for pro and anti abortion and straights who do not want gays to marry.

Early DSM’s the manual for psychiatric labeling were short. DSM 1 and 2 were not used very often because Freudians the predominant branch felt that emotions were everywhere in the brain and some times nowhere.

However as the biological wing of psychiatry gained a foothold, symptoms became important. So did diagnosis. DSM3 and 4 are huge. The next stage is to relate where say

Bipolar depression is located in the brain using the fMRI     and other diagnostic tools dealing with blood, urine and related.

All of this has come about in which there have been celebrated cases where psychiatry has been terribly wrong. Further, medications and therapy in the future may be oriented to different types or variations of depression.

There has also been the case that normal behavior like sadness has been medicalized by big pharmacy and psychiatry has provided the meds.

Expect to see fewer magazines on the racks in supers and other places. As the economy takes a dive, certain magazines won’t make it. Further, that also applies to newspapers.
