HBO released a documentary about how a religious-political group has arranged a new law so that a person can send money to a SUPER-PAC. That SUPER-PAC then takes the money and sends it to a particular politician.

It is not a bribe because the exchange is now legal. Both major political parties receive money in this way. HBO indicates that this arrangement makes it too easy impact an election.
