DEAR EDITOR
Dear Editor.
I have eclosed a new manuscript. I do understand, that a journal does not want someone to be published that is a racist. Years ago, I saw a documentary on villages that were established around Grand Island, Nebraska. The villages were established and situated in a rural area near Grand Island. Everyone was invited to live there, however the most likely were talented black youngsters that lived in the ghetto of Omaha, Nebraska.
The villages were there to help those talented individuals support to get a good job and pay. If some wanted to get in the village they applied. If they caused trouble, they returned to their home in Omaha. They were there, because of an award or a scholarhip. If they chose to remain in Omaha that was acceptable. It was not a clever strategy to segregated black youngster.
The villages had white kids as well as persons of color. They were awarded the right to live there, IF THEY WANTED TO.
I wrote to you, because I thought that it was good idea. So am I a racist? I am bi-racial as I am an octoroon. That is 12 % as measured by an African-Ancstry organization. Further, I am
Bi-racial by another acestry the measures DNA. Further, Obama was president and I placed a sizable editorial in the local newspaper. Please see the enclosed.
Further, we had two Asians in our home. I sponsored a Black for a work permit for another organization, What I discovered about myself is that my sister no longer talks to me and I did not attend her memorial service in Albuquerque, New Meico.
My brother accepted it before he passed away. I got the information about myself after my mother died. Her mother was light brown and could pass when she used certain bio-chemicals.
Our family and an executive across the street are the black folks in the neighborhood. It is upper middle class area. After the editorial, I wrote a special letter to the president of my racial ancestry.
I am not a racist, I ask that my manuscript be reviwed. The first time that I was published was in 1970 in College Student Journal.
