The new postmodern house is likely to be a prefab. It will have plenty of airy psychological space, but not a lot of room for storage. Unlike many post moderns, these have squarish modernism to them. However, they look good and they work.
They are in place in very little time. What is cut in labor is made up in technological innovations. Think that perhaps a room has 4,
5 or 10 functions with movable walls. Thus with the same house and with the same family, a large living room/den can become small if bedrooms become more in demand. You can have more privacy or less. More windows are available or less. Square can become asymmetrical.
They are modular house that won’t be seen in trailer parks.
