HYPNOSIS IS IN YOUR HEAD

A new study using the functional MRI strongly suggests that those under hypnosis show physical changes in the brain.
More specifically the anterior cingulated gyrus and the left side of the pre-frontal cortex both show remarkable changes when subjects are hypnotized. This is one of the first studies to indicate something PHYSICAL is going on in the MENTAL PROCESS of hypnosis.
The study was done at the Imperial College of London.
