JOEL SNELL IS BLACK

Joel Charles Snell is part African-American. He is an octoroon. On the plantation, he would have worked in the big house.

He also has the genes of slave owners and slave drivers. They were males who raped little black slave girls. His roots come from his mother, grandmother, and great grandmother’s first husband. He was French and Black. He died and great grandmother married a second time to a career military officer who fought for the North in the civil war.
