NEED MORE ACTIVE POPULATION
400 MILLION

The USA is projected to have another baby boom in the next
40 years. Why that is important is that most countries want
a population pyramid in which the ACTIVE population of 15-64
is huge. Those folks work, procreate, and pay taxes. That means one of the core portions of the economy start generating jobs.
Right now we are over 300 million. When I was a kid, there was 150 million. Back in disco 70’s it was 200 million. In the mean time, all of the other countries are going the wrong way. Their active populations are diminishing. This even applies to China.
Now this author assumes there will be more factory jobs. We have been shipping those kinds of jobs out of the country. So
that means that will have to stop. There is a lot of other criteria, but it boils down to this. Rich countries are ones where the majority of families have mom, dad, child, and dog. How is that going to boost the population. Further, the boomers just won’t die right away and they are a drag on the economy. So here comes the big question. All of this is based on IMMIGRANTS!!!!!!!! As you know most of us are immigrants and we don’t want many more. Business likes them because they are desperate and they work like a dog for very little. On the other hand, other social conservatives who vote with business just don’t like them for many reasons that other articles will cover. Immigrants mean crime, losing one’s job to
them and other reasons. On the other hand, immigrants worked hard and they have lots of kids. Further, that generation is just right for all those minimum wage jobs generated by NAFTA. So, if we grow, we start moving to the front of the line again. The economy picks up and the country could get out of debt.
We are even better off if we get those factory jobs back before they go into the toilet.

More studies on spanking are in and the results appear to be the same. Spanking creates mean aggressive kids that want to beat the shit out of other people. So what to do? You can still spank. Or another way to get your anger out of you and get the
child to be punished or rewarded is to take them to their room.
My wife and I have two kids that are now middle age. They seem to turn out pretty good. What we did is took our anger out on them by dragging them to their room. They stayed there and then start shouting that they wanted out. Each had their own room and everything including cheap little televisions were in the rooms. They had video games all the other junk.
Taking them to their rooms got them out of our lives. When they screamed CAN I COME OUT NOW? We would just raise the sound of the music or television. One broke a door. We fixed the old one and if we had too, we would buy a new door.
What we didn’t do is open the door because of their screaming. There is other stuff too. Get a water gun and
carry with you. Shoot the child in the face when they are trouble and do the same to the dog when they go the bathroom in the house. The important thing is not to make them
angry and then add even more aggression to them. Further, you feel better. Then they grow up and you may have less trouble. That is all I know. I have been humbled by life and kids.

American investors are buying bonds in CANADA. Why? Well the snakes in suits here in the USA were screwing the world, Canada was hurt. However, up north, they have REGULATORS that watch the banks. So they could rebound faster and 75%
of the money coming in is from the USA.

Just when yanks have gone through the meanest capitalism the last 25 years, now comes a new more virulent form of capitalism. We had lean management. Now we go through frugal management. Why? Because down the road, USA will have to compete even further with India and China. India has a company that can build a car for 4 thousand dollars. It is called a Tata. It is a 4 door sedan. THE ECONOMIST gives numerous other examples. First, emerging third world countries now appear to be more liquid and mobile. So managers go anywhere along with investment bankers. Second, the size of emerging markets are huge. Third, thus one must prepare for huge volume. Fourth, the west is ripe for frugal innovation.
What does all this mean? All kinds of jobs are reorganized and reoriented. As an example, a surgeon comes in and does a just in time operation for a by-pass and after certain procedures, moves on to the next patient so that many patients can be covered in a day.
What THE ECONOMIST does not say is that wages must be low to compete. If you push wages down, you really become competitive with the third world. Further, there should be
benefit cuts too. If you read the first article on this site. We will have a lot more immigrants, they along with the rest of us get
lower wages. However, it appears that the frugality could also reach up into the professions. However, the bright wild card is that automation takes care of some of this and we can really export. Europe has more elderly so they will have even greater retrenchment. Unfortunately, what follows depressions? War.
So hang on. We might get through this when another wild cards pops up and puts us on easy street. I can’t see what that might be
right now.

OBAMANOMICS may be working. The country says we are going in the wrong direction, but Wall Street likes what is happening. That means more income equality, more mortgage backed loans that have now lower interest and capitalist stimulus. All together the package appears to working, but it is not absorbing more people into jobs. So if he is thrown out of office, there will be more tax cuts mainly for the rich. Then we are back on a bad track. Please recall that Bush 43′ and Hank Paulson started the bailouts to a financial panic. All the above has helped, but jobs still remain hard to get.

62-63 HOW MANY COUNTRIES ARE THERE?
Now that is a great question. How about 242? Well we could go on and on. The point is that various agencies and countries have different numbers. Maps are made that may have a lot of
wishful thinking or just pure fiction. So the right number is…
Take your pick.
