SPERM IS CHEAP
SPERM IS THE ENEMY OF CIVILIZATION
Sperm is cheap. An adult human male can probably ejaculate at least once a day. The sex drive is depressing and bothersome. Ejaculation is usually quite easy.
To shorten history, THE POPULATION BOMB by Paul Ehrlich awakened us to it, but overstated the problems. Borlaug using new agricultural strategies delayed the problem and must be commended.
Further, other interpretations even if they contradict each other perhaps display another insight. The author does not care. Rather, from 1800 to 2000 or there about 1 billion of the world population has increased to nearly 8 fold or 8 billion people.
There is another issue rarely mentioned.
Does the female have a biological clock that demands a sperm guy so that her instinctual drive is fulfilled? Once again she is creating a fatherless family.
On the other hand, women surrounding a new female may pressure her to have kids even though she may not want them
So the argument continues. She cannot get an abortion. Condoms may be under lock and key. Few support Sexual Outer course.
This paper does not support Social Darwinism. This means that only the strong and rich make it to their natural death. This is not away to get rid of people of color.
What this author is suggesting that regardless of the person and their financial strata, money is given for sterilization. The financial payout must be cleared by a panel or legislative body so that getting rid of unpopular people is only in the mix. The money must weighted by the panel. Nor is there any talk about sex selection as in China which was a disaster.
Assume that you have a white child of middle class background who is female. She wants a child. So after the first or third, she receives money for sterilization. As the political climate goes, she could be “one and done” However, fathers who don’t pay much, they would receive mandatory sterilization.
Let’s see who opposes this. How far can this be? How does this impact of the “active” population? That means folks who are 15 to 45. Who do the work and pays the taxes. How does that impact on productivity and morale from the active population do to the downturn of the population?
Is this a side bar or does it have substance?
