TOP TEN DREAMS
TOP TEN DREAMS
Kantrowitz, Barbara & Karen Springen (2004) “What Dreams Are Made Of” NEWSWEEK, 9/9 p.41-47.
According to this source, the top ten dreams for both females and males are the following:
- One is being chased.
- Sexual experiences
- Falling.
- One is dealing with teachers and studying.
- One arrives too late for an opportunity.
- One is on the verge of falling.
- One is trying to do something repeatedly.
- A person now living is dead.
- One can fly, levitate, or soar through the air.
- One can sense a presence vividly.
The source of dreams is controversial. The ends of the debate begin with the position that dreams do not have a purpose and originate from the brain stem or related areas.
The other end is that some dreams are messages from the other side of life.
