WHO IS WATCHING YOU ON THE INTERNET
WHO IS WATCHING YOUR MOVES ON THE INTERNET?
About a 1,000 people or more visit my website every month. How do I know? My webmaster of Brock-Martin enterprises in Chicago contracted with a web counter.
Website counters tell how many visitors go to my site per day, per month and per year. It also tells me how many hits that I receive. A “hit” is the amount of activity that you do when you are on the site.
To be as frank as possible, numerous people are watching you. To avoid liability, let me just say that you should go to GOOGLE and key in WEB SITE COUNTERS, WEB SITE TRACKERS, and WEB SITE MONITORS.
Here is what I don’t know. I do not know your name, specific website, or anything personal about you. I have a very general idea that most visitors come from the states, but that others come from all over the world. However, I do not have even a break down from a country or a state in the USA.
Now my website is not controversial. The politics in it is moderate and modest. The sex references in it are mild and euphemized. Coming to my site, will not get you in trouble. However, we are all sinners and have been to sites that are controversial. So, I just want to let you know, that when we communicate (I write, you read) we are not alone.
Further, once you go to the other sites, more personal information is gathered about you.
Thus, say you go to a website that is WILDSEX.COM, ROMANCESTORIES.NET, or SEXCHAT.ORG (I made these up) you should expect pop ups in the future related to romance and sex. Further, your address bar when push you the down button has your past cookies. It is the trail that you left behind.
So go with caution. However, please come visit me again and again. There is usually new material EVERY WEEK. Put me on your “favorites.” As you know, I try to document everything that I say in each entry.
I hope to see you again and again.
