ABSTRACT

Three scenario are presented dealing with sex change and secondly suicide. There are other material dealing with social impact on medicine and particularly females over 18. They may be depressed, but as this is written “normal” females are seeking out searching for “bottom surgery.” With the penis, they find that life is generally easier to maintain. Males are less discussed because they find vaginal surgery complicating their lifes.
