JOEL CHARLES SNELL/ VERTIGO

My mother discovers pregnancy which is unplanned and unwanted. She drank every day. She must take care of her father who is demented, and two children. Mother was critical and Father was very explosive.

Family is economically stable and socially less stable. By 7^th grade anxious and depressed. I went to a psychiatrist and had short stay in psychiatric hospital sophomore and senior year in college.

Various psychiatrists were not very helpful. Then went to see Robert, G.A, Young. I was encouraged to a new form of thinking.

I married during the last of my master’s degree. For years ate cheese for reactive hypoglycemia. I had A CARDIAC ATTACK AND BY PASS IN EARLY 50’S.

Started drinking milk and diet Pepsi within the last decade. I had a medical oddity of high calcium in blood. Falls occurred during the taking of TRAZADONE. No spills alone when on Valium. With Trazadone and added Benedril have reduced VERTIGO. However I now have withdrawn from Valium. Anxious
