DOES THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY ACCEPT THAT NEAR DEATH IS VALID?

INTRODUCTION

The author has had a near death experience. He came down with pneumonia, sepsis, and a heart attack. His body turned blue, ashen, and rigid. After he rallied and moved back to this life, He mostlly remembered what happened .

He said “I was walking along the shore of a particular river, and I walked into an early March late sunset. I joined a community of everyday people and we all hugged each other. The warmth of their bodies kept me warm and we held each other in a non-lustful way. There was like an inner humming of souls. I felt glorious and I did not want to leave, but I did. The sunset blended into the huge golden sun.”

DESCRIPTION

Incidentally, one can read about those who truly died up to three days. This includes Eadie, B. J.Embraced by the Light, Alexander , E. Proof of Heaven,, Greyson B.,After, . The last two are medical doctors. Beyond the Darkness, Fenimore, A. is the least hopeful in that much is dealing with those who do not reach the Light. However, “hell” appears to be like “purgatory.” Thus there is still hope.

It is important to note that medicine has only reached a position to be able to listen to the dying person who returns to life as one may understand it. The question that is how many professionals in medicine, see this phenomena as valid? There appears to be a plurality of those who perform surgery and/or related and believe that Near Death is real. _____

Thus a small group of under 5% see something frightening.____ Other findings indicate the highest to be 18%. This last finding is not in concert with the other information.

DISCUSSION

Briefly, those who nearly die, and those who directly deal with patients, appear to be indicating that this phenomena is a reality. However, in the literature other explanations are discussed. Theologians are a bit dismissive that universalism, where patients eventually reach heaven is heresy. Those oppose these findings generally see that the patient is hallucinating.

What this author would like to see is growing body of literature that describes either creed and/or deed of those who come back frightened, what do think that they think did that warrants punishment.

CONCLUSION

If the information continues to have a consistency, we may find that certain beliefs or actions are real and the medical community and the wider population may be able to follow path(s.) that one may avoid. Or further, that actions taken in this reality can be corrected so that returning to a Light that is described above is not only hopeful but more certain than the troubled life here on earth.
